Hadden
Roth, Esq. After a brief period on the bench, Hadden Roth
chose to return to the practice of law in the areas of Land Use,
Environmental Law, Local Government, Contracts, Real Property,
Civil Litigation (personal injury, professional negligence, construction,
employment and property damage). He has perfected his ADR skills
as an advocate, mediator, arbitrator and former Judge. Judge Roth
has been accepted to the new Appellate Mediation Program as provided
by the Court of Appeal, in an attempt to train selected individuals
for the purpose of resolving and reducing cases on appeal. |
